'George' arrived when he said he would, showed us the defective parts, showed us prices on line, gave us a price, options and choices, carried out the work promptly, left the site very clean and tidy, showed us the rusted defective parts that he changed and the new ones installed. We felt he was a very honest genuine person and would feel comfortable leaving him to complete works in our home without us being there. Definitely a number to keep handy.

We discovered the boiler was not heating the radiators. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced and gave me a link to a cheap website for parts. The part came the next day and he charged a cheap fee to change the part. Quick and easy. I was quoted double elsewhere for the same work,. I will be using this guy in future! Thanks so much 🙂

The engineer contacted me straightaway and was at my home within half an hour. Sorted out my boiler and explained what the problem was and what he was doing.
